We are currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our Regina team. The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting project delivery. Working alongside Project Managers and Site Superintendents, this position helps ensure construction projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and estimating
• Preparing and tracking RFIs, change orders, and other contract documentation
• Reviewing drawings and specifications, identifying issues or opportunities for cost savings
• Coordinating subcontractor tenders, awards, and shop drawings
• Maintaining project records and supporting site safety compliance
• Conducting site tours and inspections as required
• Acting as a liaison with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders
• Supporting QA/QC, monthly invoicing, and project closeout processes

Qualifications:

• A degree in civil/structural engineering, or a diploma in civil/architectural technology
• Previous project coordination in commercial/civil construction is considered an asset
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation
