The Maintenance Hub is a new 8,065 ft2 office, 18,791 ft2 shop, and 21,500 ft2 of site development. Within the shop is a fleet maintenance bay with an overhead crane, a drive through wash bay, 10 service bays, 3 distribution storage bays, 15 overhead doors, and office & storage facilities. The office portion is comprised of open office space areas, washrooms & locker rooms, meeting and staff rooms, and a mezzanine mechanical room. The site development includes asphalt parking for 42 employees, gravel parking area for large vehicles and external material storage, landscaping, and a security gated fenced compound.
