This building is a four-storey green building which holds a soup kitchen, free clothing store, 60 spot daycare, 20 low-income residential units, and a roof-top community garden space along with an outdoor play area for the daycare children.  This project followed the passive design concept.  It includes increased envelope insulation (roof R-80, wall R-40) to reduce the building heating/cooling systems and overall building operation costs.
