In June of 2019 Richardson International opened their new 600-acre research farm which is located approximately ten kilometres southeast of Regina. The new farm allows Richardson to test the latest seed varieties, crop input products and equipment in real growing conditions. This project was a multi-year project that had been built in three phases. Westridge was hired to construct phase two which was Richardson’s new Divisional Office and Training Centre.  This building is a 20,000 ft2 office and training centre that is used to host many events and tours related to the research farm. The building also houses Regina’s regional Richardson Pioneer Office.
