This project consisted of the construction of the twin overhead bridges over a CPR rail line near Broadview, SK. Coordination with CPR was ongoing as safety was a very important factor. Fencing was installed along the rail line to create a non-flag person/flag person work area so that both Westridge and CPR train engineers would be aware when workers were within the rail line work area. Work was also coordinated with the Ministry of Highways, as the supply and installation of the steel girders was under a separate contact. Under this separate contract, the Ministry of Highways also supplied the cement powder, silica fume, concrete reinforcing, miscellaneous metal and the anti-graffiti coatings.
